Stores Open in Level 2

Changes that have been made with the Level 2 restrictions now means that our Superette, Superette International and Superette Surplus stores will be back open from Thursday 14th of May! We will be doing everything we can to honour our responsibilities through thorough and frequent store cleanings, hand sanitiser on entry and ensuring enough space is given both our customers and our Superette team members.

If you are feeling unwell and are staying home or you simply don’t feel comfortable coming in right now, no worries! We’ve got you covered. Our Superette Takeaways menu will still be available for you to shop from wherever you may be.

Online Ordering

We are now able to ship all items in compliance with Government restrictions. Superette works hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however during Level 2 please allow some extra time for processing while our team adheres to social distancing requirements. Our biggest priority is doing our bit to keep our staff and community safe and working through this together.

We'll keep you in the loop with expected delivery times, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is out the door and on its way to you. We’re anticipating a back log of orders to be processed once we’re back in action so please be patient with us and allow a little bit of extra time for your order to be shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to cancel it, please get in touch. We are still available online throughout this time so if you have any questions we will be more than happy to help.

Returns

Thank you so much for shopping with Superette and supporting us during these crazy, unprecedented times. If for any reason you haven't fallen in love with your pieces and need to return, that's okay, we can help!

Items can be returned to us while in Level 2, our returns policy timeframe is 21 days from the date of purchase. Not to worry, If you haven’t been able to return your order due to level 4 we can absolutely make an exception!

We have extended our returns timeframe beyond the 21 days in our policy, and your purchase will be eligible for a return if your order was placed between the 1st of March 2020 and end of day on the 27th of April 2020. All returns from this extended timeframe must arrive to us before the 19th of May.
