Due to the Level 4 restrictions currently in place, our warehouse and dispatch centre are currently closed. All orders placed during this time will be shipped as soon as we are open again. Our biggest priority is doing our bit to keep our staff and community safe and working through this together.
We'll keep you in the loop with expected delivery times, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is out the door and on its way to you. Sorry to hear that your item wasn’t quite right! Unfortunately due to the current level 4 restrictions currently in place we aren’t able to accept and process any returns at this point in time. Instead, our usual 21 day return time will commence from the date that we are able to accept returns again and we ask that you keep the item you are wanting to return in a safe place until then.
